* Customers are responsible for the return shipping and cost as well as the shipping cost for the new item if exchange is exercised. You can return in person or use your own courier. There will be NO restocking fee or any other hidden fees.
* Returns and exchanges must consist of the original box packaging & protective styrofoam, if returned without, a $50 repackaging fee will be charged to the account.
